Whether you are new to yoga, recovering from an injury or illness or looking to create more flexibility, this gentle self care class using asana (yoga poses), pranayama with an emphasis on both the physical and subtle body. Learn to work more consciously with your breath and vital life energy, healing from deep within and live a life of vitality!

This does not mean you have to take the class online. Payment covers both In Studio and Online
methods of taking class, the link is automatically sent regardless of your desired method of
attending class.
